How we work
We are an independent agency with a desire to treat all our tenants with respect and honesty. We recognise that your time is quite precious. Whether you take a property from us or not, (and a viewing carries no obligation to rent from us), we hope you will enjoy dealing with us.

Deposits
We take 6 weeks rent as a deposit

References
Our standard references are:

Proof of income
Current landlord's reference
Bank reference
Proof of current residence
Photo Id

This can be varied to accommodate individual situations, but we will need to be sure there is a good reason to ask for something different.
